Mystic Porch Company Terms and Conditions

1. Services Provided

Mystic Porch Company provides seasonal porch decorating services, which may include pumpkins, planters, hay bales, and other décor items as requested by the customer. All items remain the property of the Client once delivered/installed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Delivery & Installation

Mystic Porch Company will deliver and install decorations on the agreed-upon date and time.

Client is responsible for ensuring that the installation area is clear and accessible.

Some items may be heavy or bulky; Company staff will use reasonable care during placement but is not responsible for damage to surfaces, landscaping, or structures caused by weight or placement of décor.

3. Removal

If removal services are requested, the Client must schedule in advance. Otherwise, all décor is the Client’s responsibility once delivered/installed.

4. Payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure services, with the balance due within 7 days of delivery/set up, unless otherwise agreed.

Payments are non-refundable once décor has been delivered/installed.

5. Client Responsibility

Client assumes responsibility for décor items after installation, including theft, damage from weather, pests, or other natural causes.

Client understands that pumpkins and organic items may rot or deteriorate over time. Company is not liable for the natural breakdown of perishable décor.

6. Liability Waiver

Client acknowledges that décor items (including large pumpkins and heavy objects) may be heavy and should not be moved without proper assistance.

Mystic Porch Company is not responsible for injury, accident, or damage caused if Client or third parties move or handle décor after installation.

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Mystic PorchCompany, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from use, placement, or condition of the décor.

7. Weather & Safety

Mystic Porch Company is not responsible for bodily damage or damage to décor caused by wind, rain, heat, freezing temperatures, or other weather conditions.

Mystic Porch Company reserves the right to refuse installation if conditions are unsafe (e.g., icy steps, obstructed areas).

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made less than 7 days before installation may result in loss of deposit.

Mystic Porch Company will work with Client to reschedule if unforeseen circumstances arise.

9. Photography & Promotion

Client grants Company permission to photograph completed porch designs for use in marketing, unless Client requests otherwise.

10. Agreement

With any purchase, Client agrees to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledges understanding of the risks associated with heavy and perishable décor items.
